Fence Installer Foreman
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and be proficient in various installation techniques.
Responsibilities-
Install fences such as chain link, wood, vinyl, ornamental iron, and farm daily.
Read and interpret blueprints to determine fence specifications and layout.
Utilize construction management software for project tracking and documentation.
Measure, cut, and assemble materials according to project requirements.
Manage the installation process from start to finish, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the installation process.
Works closely with Project Managers to ensure the project is on time and completed to specifications.
Use different types of equipment and tools such as digging equipment, bobcat, welding equipment, hand and power tools to complete installation jobs.
Requirements-
Proven experience in fence installation or related construction work.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Physical stamina to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy materials.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, blueprints, contracts, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide into all units of measure. Ability to compute between standard and metric and read a tape measure.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
Valid Driver License
